Beyond Fitness works from the basis that an individual seeking personal development invariably does so in one of two ways : the objective may be to fulfill an aspirational goal, or they may seek a deeper understanding of their experience through self reflection. We empower clients with the keys necessary to unlock their potential, thereby assisting them to create the life they envision, or proceed on the path toward self realization.
Our accredited Personal Trainers, Performance Coaches and Meditation Instructors work with clients to assist them in bringing their objective clearly into focus. Once this is established, we tailor the protocols necessary for achieving the objective, to suit the individual.
